About Amy

For three years, I was the full-time caregiver for my grandmother as she lived with Alzheimer's disease. I had the privilege of walking alongside her through every stage until she passed away in August 2025. That taught me so much about patience, compassion, dignity, and the importance of simply being present for someone when they need it most. I currently work as a caregiver with Visiting Angels. I am Level 2 background checked, fingerprinted, and have completed dementia care certifications to better serve individuals living with memory loss and cognitive decline. My experience includes companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, safety supervision, and engaging activities that promote both physical and emotional well-being. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and genuine care. I strive to help my clients feel safe, valued, and supported while maintaining their dignity and independence.
