Amy has been our nanny for the last 4 years and we are very sad to part ways. Both of our children are now in school full days so a full time nanny is no longer necessary. Amy started with us when my children were 3 years old and 12 weeks old, they are now 4 and 7! She has been with us through many stages- babyhood, toddlerhood and now school age. She has excelled at caring for our children at every age and stage. Amy has loved our kids like they are her own and we know she will remain in their lives as she has truly become family. Amy is an active individual and loves to keep the kids engaged in activities and nature. We loved that she always tried to encourage outside time and activities over tv. She was very receptive and willing to take the children to library programs and play dates. She would frequently take them to the park, playground and zoo. As they got older she would help by taking them to sports and activities as well. She frequently helped with homework, read hundreds of books or did crafts with our children. Amy is kind, caring, compassionate and fair. The kids love spending time with her and I think that speaks volumes. While we are sad to part ways we know that another family out there needs her help and we are very thankful for the 4 wonderful years we had with her.
