Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With 10 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in English and Special Education for elementary students. I hold a graduate degree and maintain certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe every student has unique potential and can achieve their goals with personalized support. I assess individual learning styles by varying my strategies, such as using visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems. To keep students engaged, I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement. Because communication builds trust, I foster a collaborative environment with both students and parents. My greatest reward is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks.
