About Amy

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. All my life I have loved being around children, teaching, and taking care of them, and it has always come naturally to me. My background includes some college, where I majored in Psychology and Early Childhood Development. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I am patient, creative, and bring a fun, loving energy. I enjoy engaging children through arts and crafts, imaginative play, board games, outdoor adventures, and even some video games. It's your house and your rules-I am just here to help! I can also assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for multiple children a time. Ultimately, I believe in playing to learn and learning to play. I have raised two amazing daughters and cared for many kids, & I would love to bring my experience and enthusiasm into your child's life, helping them grow and discover the world around them!
