My passion in caring for young children started from a very young age. From growing up in my mother's licensed daycare to babysitting for my 15 nieces and nephews, practice didn't come rarely for me! I got married in 2022 to my best friend, got a dog and now we have a 9-month-old daughter together! I have an Associate Teacher Certificate and an AA in Early Childhood Education. I hope to one day go back to school and finish my bachelor's degree in Child Development! I've volunteered in the American River college CDC for 100+ hours and learned so much from a developmental perspective. I'm looking for a family that will be open to me coming with my daughter! I have to say that Amy is truly exceptional and anyone who hires her will be lucky to have her. I was very impressed with her demeanour and gentle nature specially as I had a baby at the time. She made me feel comfortable and was trustworthy. Amy was confident in her abilities and her experience with infants and children really shined through without making me feel like she’s over stepping. She asked for clarification when unsure and there was open communication throughout the day. She is such a kind hearted and down to earth person and was a wonderful nanny to my baby. She was always very proactive and helped with various tasks when baby was napping like washing the bottles, baby dishes, sanitising and tidying up toys. Highly recommend Amy!!
