As a dedicated childcare provider with two decades of experience, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. My journey began with working in daycares and preschool which inspired me to pursue a career in childcare as a nanny. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a nurturing environment for children, while my formal approach ensures their safety and well-being. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred methods, I'm able to take the lead without supervision. When it comes to household rules, I believe in aligning with the parents' approach to ensure consistency for the child. I enjoy helping a child learn through play, I love to take the child out of the house to explore and learn outside of the home as well. I love to allow children to explore their imagination as well as independent play. I also don't mind supervising swimming activities.
