About Amy

I am nurturing, creative, and compassionate with years of experience caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs. I believe in meeting each child where they are and supporting their growth with patience, play, and positivity. I currently teach yoga at the North Florida School, leading adaptive movement sessions that build confidence and emotional regulation. I am also working as a teaching assistant at Montessori Tides School, during the school year. My background in education and wellness helps me connect with kids so they feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether we're crafting, exploring nature, or practicing calming breathwork, I create joyful, enriching experiences. CPR certified, responsible, and communicative, I'd love to support your family as a trusted caregiver.
