Amy has been our nanny for my son since he was 11 months old and he is now 16months. She also watches my friends daughter with him who is just a few weeks younger. She’s always been on time, only missed 1 day when she was sick and takes feedback well. She is also creative in activities she does to entertain the kiddos. She provides photos and creates a cute summary of their day with milk/food intake, nap time, any challenges, new behaviors and fun activities. She is also great at using sign language. I’ve noticed my son increasing what he signs and communicates following hiring her. He gets so excited when she comes which makes me feel better when I have to leave him. I definitely recommend her.
