About Amy

Hi! I'm Amy, a second-year graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology at DePaul University. I'm originally from Maryland near DC and now live in Old Town. I've been babysitting and nannying for about 12 years, and I genuinely love working with children of all ages. I'm comfortable caring for infants through teens and focus on creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. I played college soccer, so I'm very active and enjoy being outdoors, playing games, and keeping kids moving. With my background in speech therapy, I'm patient, attentive, and supportive of children's communication and developmental needs. A little about me: I'm the youngest of three, spent a year living in Sydney, and recently volunteered in Belize. I'm currently completing my graduate externship, so I'm typically available on weekdays after 3:45 PM, with occasional flexibility and some weekend availability. I don't have a car but get around easily using public transportation.
