Amy is incredible. We are so lucky to have her responsible for the care of our son over the last year (since he was a few months old). She was the caregiver for our son for the first 6+ months while we were at work, and has been watching our son and neighbor's son for the last 9 months She is incredibly well prepared, having worked in a daycare environment, knowing all the safety standards, and is not at all flustered having to work with more than one child at once. But the thing we love the most about Amy is not her skill set, it is her attitude and heart. She sincerely cares about ensuring that our son was not only safe, but also spent time playing with him and ensuring he is cared for each day. She has a pride in her work that is clear and wants to do the best in any role that she is in. Our son has a lot of food allergies, and she is so very diligent in ensuring that he is safe in that respect. We are so lucky and blessed to have Amy as a part of our family.
