About Amy

I am a very warm, loving, mature and energetic woman. My child care philosophy is to provide a nurturing and loving atmosphere with as many learning opportunities as possible. I love to watch children experience new things and learn and grow in the process. I have worked with children for over 20 years. My education includes a BSW from Buffalo State College. We enjoyed taking walks, reading, outdoors fun, playing games, imaginary play, doing crafts, outings and floor play. I plan child led learning experiences throughout the day. My experience includes extensive training in child development and learning through play. In addition I have worked for many families as their Professional Nanny. Also Head Preschool Teacher, YMCA and JCC childcare and summer camps. I look forward to hearing more about your little ones and their interests!
