I am a lifelong animal lover, especially of cats & dogs. I grew up with them & also chickens, a pony, gerbils, rats, & fish as pets. I have always had good instincts & close, caring relationships with them. As an adult over 50 years of age, I currently own 4 rescues: 1 cat, 1 kitten, & 2 dogs. I am very comfortable walking dogs on leashes & picking up their waste. I am accustomed to pet transports by car. I am comfortable medicating pets, including vet-ordered subcu fluids. I have been a human nurse for about 28 years. I enjoy feeding, bathing, brushing, petting, & snuggling with pets. I haven't cared for ponies, fish, & rodents for a while, so I would need some refreshing. Other pet types would require discussion & training (snakes, etc.). I would love to be your choice for home drop-ins to care for your pet(s). I am also willing to transport your pet to the veterinarian or groomer. Thank you for your consideration!
