Amy was responsive initially and accepted my last minute need for cleaning, saying she could come Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, she canceled at the time she was scheduled to arrive. I do appreciate that she provided the name and number of another cleaner as an alternative, but they weren't available until several days later. While I understand that unexpected things come up, last-minute cancellations without advance notice are difficult when you've planned your day around a scheduled appointment.
