About Amy

Hello, my name is Amy and I have 8 years of experience within childcare, 6 of those years were in aquatics being a lifeguard and swim instructor and for the past 5 years I have been a full-time teacher. A little about myself is I was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Oahu. I have a bachelors in K-12 education, love smoothies, and dogs. I have extensive background in special needs as in high school I was a program member, then became a respite/habilitation provider for adults with special needs and I also taught at a school that had an autism program. I enjoy having fun in the sun, being healthy, and active. Currently I work as a substitute and working on my master's in public administration. My husband is Air Force and I also enjoy helping military families with childcare while we're both away from our families. *Only in the JBPHH or Aiea Heights area
