I have experienced with caring for one child for 12. 5 years. He was on the spectrum with many developmental delays and special dietary needs. I also have experience with one adult with CP who was only able to type with his nose to communicate and worked with another care giver to help him with everything he needed. As he was not able to do anything for himself at all.
