She came for the interview and we had hired her, but she did not show up for the first day. I messaged her and called and no answer. I am sure she had a good excuse, but we were depending on her assistance and was disappointed at best. It is tremendously hard to find good help, and it is unfortunate that we spent so much time interviewing and without any follow through on this persons part. At least a call or a honest sorry I cannot do the job would have been nice. Those with loved ones who need help will understand my frustration.
