I am a compassionate healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience as a caregiver and Personal Support Worker, including 4 years serving older adults in senior living communities. My experience includes providing hands-on personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, companionship, and individualized care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life. As a Life Enrichment Lead, I developed and led person-centered programs that supported the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of seniors, including those living with dementia.
