About Amy

Providing compassionate, dependable care has always been important to me. I have experience caring for older adults both professionally and personally. I provided in-home care for a gentleman with Parkinson's disease, assisting with daytime care and companionship while his wife worked. I also helped care for my grandparents as they aged. My grandmother lived with dementia before transitioning to nursing care, and I helped care for my grandfather at home until he passed peacefully under hospice care. These experiences taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of preserving dignity and independence. I also bring 12 years of background experience as a firefighter, EMT, and 911 dispatcher, and served as a CPR, First Aid, and AED instructor. As a former certified personal trainer, I understand safe mobility, fall prevention, and helping others maintain their independence. Families can count on me to provide compassionate, reliable, and respectful care.
