About Amy

I have always loved working with children & started babysitting when I was 12 years old. I am originally from Denver & just returned from Nashville. While in Nashville, I was a preschool teacher as well as a teacher's aid at a prominent private school. I have worked with all ages (as well as all abilities) & love seeing children develop & grow through the different stages of life. One of the benefits of teaching that I am so grateful for, is meeting all the wonderful families & forming close relationships that have lead to extra work opportunities including summertime nanny jobs, babysitting for date nights & watching groups of children for Sunday school, weddings, etc.. It is important to me that the kids have fun & are able to express themselves freely. While being with the kids, I am there to entertain them & to keep them safe, not to be on my phone & distracted or to just sit them in front of a tv or iPad. I look forward to meeting new families & caring for your most precious gift.
