hi! i'm looking for a few days a week to provide reliable, loving support and kindness to a senior in the des moines area. I have lots of experience working with all ages. i've been educating and empowering families in des moines since 2002. I teach childbirth classes, facilitate a postpartum/parenting group, offer lactation and postpartum doula services and l also support people through perimenopause/ menopause. i'm a mama of four kids ages 26-16. before I had kids I worked at a senior facility in the activities department. i've also spent a large part of my life volunteering with seniors and i've made quite a few friends through it all.
