Amy cleaned thoroughly and with attention to detail. She was cheerful on the job. She cleaned for our family for well over a year and then texted me a couple of days before I was heading back to full-time teaching to say she realized it was bad timing but that she would no longer clean for us. She was uninterested and unwilling to talk about it. Our family was left saddened and confused that she would leave in such an unprofessional and unkind manner.
