I have 25 years of experience in the health care industry. I have been a CNA for 12 years working with seniors with every possible diagnosis and situation. Including nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, acute care facilities, Alzheimer's units, and in-home care. I have worked with the I/DD population in group home settings, day programs, in-home and specialized programs with exceptional funding. I have been a health services supervisor, supervising a team of up to 6 staff. I was a medication manager. I have a philosophy to care for every client as if they were my own family member, as well as an adaptability to care for your loved one in exactly the way you prefer.
