Caring for seniors is more than just a job for me--it's something I truly care about. Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals in a way that helps them maintain their independence while feeling safe, respected, and valued. I naturally bring patience, kindness, and a calm presence into every home, and I take the time to build real, trusting relationships with the people I care for. I am trained in CPR and First Aid, which gives me the confidence to handle emergencies if they arise. Day to day, I'm happy to help with mobility, cooking meals that fit personal preferences or dietary needs, running errands, light housekeeping, and providing reminders for medications. I always try to encourage independence while being there to lend a helping hand whenever it's needed.
