About Amy

I have a true passion for geriatric care and dedicate my time to providing personalized care management for those in need as to meet their long term goals, improve their quality of life, and to help them maintain their independence for as long as possible. I obtained a degree from UW-Whitewater in Elementary Education and taught for 12 years prior to transitioning out of the world of education. While my degree is in a different field, I found that I have learned many things in my role as a teacher that have helped me provide exceptional care for the elderly. Beyond the remarkable care that I provide, I also go the extra mile to genuinely connect and build a friendship. My care experiences include working in a group home providing care to those with mental impairments, as well as providing in-home care for individuals living out their golden years in the comfort of their own home. I have experience with Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, and a handful of other disabilities/impairments.
