About Amy

I am a dedicated caregiver and put my full attention and care into my work. In the past, I've worked as an occupational therapist in nursing homes and internships in hospital settings. I have experience with assisting adults with mobility, sensory and cognitive challenges in transferring, dressing, bathing, toileting, and feeding. I provide a present and compassionate care in a space where others feel valued, seen and respected. I have a nervous system regulation business on the side that brings a unique skillset of being a calm, trauma-informed presence while completing daily routines. I move slowly and intentionally, making sure you or your loved one feels safe. I love serving others and making them feel cared for in a nurturing space.
