About Amory

Hi! My name is Amory, and I'm currently studying Elementary Education because working with children is truly my passion. I grew up helping care for my four younger sisters, which gave me experience with infants and young children, including bottles, diaper changes, naps, playtime, bedtime routines, and potty training. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I'm very patient, nurturing, creative, and hands-on. I grew up on a farm in North Carolina with goats, horses, cats, and a dog, and I spent 7 years riding and caring for horses. Because of that, I love outdoor and imagination-based activities like nature walks, fairy houses, crafts, sidewalk chalk, gardening, baking, forts, and reading stories outside. More than anything, I want children to feel safe, loved, supported, and free to be creative and curious. I would truly put my whole heart into caring for your family!
