As a Certified ELD Paraeducator with experience in Math, English, Science, and ESOL (ELD) I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. At work I help students who are learning the English language and I help them realize their strength in all subjects! I believe that consistent communication builds the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether we are tackling a complex problem or preparing for an exam, I celebrate every small success to keep your motivation high. Witnessing that "ohh!" moment when a student masters a difficult skill remains the most rewarding part of my work.
