I'm am passionate and experienced child care professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience working with children ranging in age from 3m- 16 y/o. I began my journey earning my Child Development Certification and completing 90 hours in a preschool setting upon graduating high school. I've worked in both preschool environments and the school system, gaining a well-rounded understanding of child development at every stage with many certifications that show for it. I believe that children thrive when they are encouraged, engaged, and genuinely understood. I take the time to learn what motivates each child and use that insight to create fun, meaningful experiences that also support learning and growth. My approach combines joy and structure, I'm proactive, responsible, and highly organized, and I strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment for every child in my care. I'm committed to helping children feel confident, cared for, and prepared for their next steps in life.
