About Amiyah

Empowering students to move beyond rote memorization is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience, I specialize in Math, History, and essential study skills for elementary through high school students. I cultivate a supportive environment by observing how you interact with new material, allowing me to tailor my approach--whether through visual aids, hands-on practice, or real-world examples--to suit your unique needs. I believe open communication builds the trust necessary for academic growth, and I prioritize keeping parents informed to ensure we are a collaborative team. There is nothing more rewarding than watching your confidence flourish as you master challenging concepts and achieve your goals. I am dedicated to fostering your curiosity and helping you develop the critical thinking skills required for long-term success. I look forward to helping you discover just how much you are capable of achieving.
