About Amirah

Hi! My name is Amirah, and I'm a nurturing and dependable caregiver with over two years of experience working with children in both home and childcare center settings. I've cared for children of all ages, including those with disabilities, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for each child I work with. I spent a year as a nanny for a 3-year-old in a private home, helping with daily routines, playtime, meals, and learning activities. I also worked where I cared for groups of children from infants to school-age, including those with special needs. I'm patient, understanding, and passionate about supporting kids as they grow. Currently, I'm a college student taking evening summer classes virtually and working full-time Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. I'm available for weekend care on Saturdays and Sundays, and open to transitioning into a full-time nanny role if we're a great match.
