Hi! My name is Amira and I'm a student at the University of Houston! I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing! I started working with kids when I was 14. I have two younger brothers that I use to watch while my parents were away. I would also babysit for family friends! I've worked at a daycare with ages 6 months to 12 years, I was a nanny to two little girls and I have worked as an after school instructor/tutor for elementary school kids, so you could say I'm pretty well equipped as a childcare provider! In my spare time, I like to read/listen to audiobooks, paint and workout! My skills include patience, compassion and active listening.

Amira is great! She was very responsive, punctual, and great with the kids. She inquired about their interests and schedule routine before her visit. The kids had a great time playing games and watching a movie with her. She was able to help me same-day after a previously scheduled sitter canceled. I would definitely recommend Amira!
