About Ella

Hi there! My name is Ella and I am the Head Coach of a swim team, currently looking for more hours I can work with kiddos! I am currently based on Denver, CO, but willing to drive further for the right fit. My schedule is currently quite flexible: I'm open to recurring or occasional jobs. My previous job positions include: preschool/daycare teacher, swim lesson instructor, after school art program instructor, and many years as a babysitter/nanny. I value learning into play & creative expression... music and movement is a must! I always use positive reinforcement in response to exceptional behaviors, but I'm also comfortable with discipline wherever needed. My priority is to maintain a safe yet fun environment above all else; I just renewed my Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification this fall.
