About Aminah

Hi, My name is Aminah, I'm a rising Junior studying policy and economics. More specifically, I am interested in funding allocation in public education. I am very passionate about child care and teaching. My experience in childcare spans over 5 years. I started volunteering at a daycare then soon shifted over to babysitting. I also have experience in teaching and mentoring. Most recently I've taught 8th grade science through Breakthrough Collaborative. (Feel free to ask me more about my experience!) My other hobbies include dancing, running, fashion, and learning languages. Currently I'm learning Russian. I am very energetic and enthusiastic, most fitting for working with children.
