If I could give more than five stars, I would. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made as new parents. From the very first night, she was incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate. She cared for our newborn with so much love and professionalism that we were able to truly rest, knowing our baby was in the best hands. She was always attentive to our baby’s needs, kept us informed when appropriate, and handled every situation with confidence and kindness. Beyond simply providing overnight care, she was an invaluable resource. She answered our questions, shared helpful tips without ever being pushy, and gave us so much confidence as first-time parents. Her experience and gentle approach made those early weeks feel so much less overwhelming. She was also dependable, punctual, organized, and respectful of our home.
