My calling to care for others stems from a genuine desire to enhance the lives of adults and seniors, building on three years of positive caregiving experiences. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, equipped with CPR Training. My approach is compassionate, friendly, and always professional. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and manage confusion with patience. I provide transportation, assist with errands, offer light housekeeping, prepare meals, and support mobility. I also have experience in dementia care, medical management, and hospice services. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. I have a college degree and speak both English and French. I'm comfortable with pets and have my own car.
