About Amia

Hi!! My name is Amia, but most people just call me Mia. I am a Christian and am passionate about helping build a solid foundation of God's love in children's lives. My passion lies in nurturing children's growth and positively impacting their lives with lifelong childhood memories. With two years of childcare experience ( nannying and preschool/ daycare), I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn and thrive. I strongly believe that these very early ages of a child develops who they become as a person in society, and, as a caregiver, it is my responsibility to work alongside the parents to help equip them with all they need to succeed. While I do believe that children thrive with structure and a daily routine, it is also important to me that they are allowed to be children, and that every "mistake" is a learning opportunity.
