About Amia

I like working with kids because it teaches me how to be responsible for someone else. I also like working with kids because all though they don't know much they teach me new things. They also allow me to express my joyful side and reconnect with my childhood. I started working with kids when I was in 8th grade. My mom's friend needed help while she was in between working and school. So I offered to help out. While watching her two kids I prepared food for them and kept them entertained, whether that was playing with them or allowing them to do their own things. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends. When I am with them I usually outside playing pickleball, tennis, or swimming. When we aren't outside we usually host game nights to eat and catch up. When I am not with my friends I am usually at home with family spending quality time together. Other than that I enjoy shopping and watching new shows.
