America is an absolutely amazing nanny! Though initially skeptical, after just one day with America, my two year old was praising her at dinnertime: Me: "How as your day?" 2 year old: "Good! With America!" America is unflappable, taking in stride all the craziness of working with a family with three kids and working adults, maintaining her calm, assured approach. I couldn't be more impressed with her adept handling of my kids and calm, creative, competent approach to everything. I would strongly recommend her!
