About Amelie

Hi! I'm Amelie and I'm from the Sunset area but I am willing to travel as far as south Lafayette. I have three years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, but I have the most experience working with children under the age of 5. My experience working in summer camps and daycares has solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether that's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I always follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Having a car and being comfortable with pets allows me to be flexible and accommodating. I find immense fulfillment in watching children learn and grow, and I look forward to the possibility of sharing my enthusiasm with your family.
