About Amelia

I am been a full time professional nanny for 11 years. I am adult and pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certified, a certified CPST, and I follow AAP guidelines for safe sleep. I am up to date on all vaccines (covid booster, flu, TDAP, etc). I have cared for children of all ages, but I speicalize in infant/toddler care and have extensive knowledge of sleep training, bottle feeding, transitioning to solid food/baby led weaning, and developmentally appropriate activities and milestones. I was raised without tv and enjoy creative, educational, and outdoor play. I primarily follow the gentle parenting style allowing children to foster independence and express themselves while also keeping boundaries and having a structured routine. I am organized, reliable and patient and truly love engaging with the children in my care. Rates are dependent upon # of children, responsibilities, and additional benefits. I require a contract, legal pay, guaranteed hours, and standard benefits.
