About Amelia

Hi my name is Amelia. I have a bachelors degree in Human services and a minor in Education. I graduated in 2016. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and Communicable Disease. I have a very strong interest in pursuing a nanny position. I have experience working with infants, preschool and elementary as was well as outside activities of the traditional class room. I have a diverse background with much to offer. In my early years, my classroom teaching started with Sunday school and volunteering with numerous child activities including vacation bible school as well as the Arms Wide Open Ministry that specializes with those with learning differences In high school, I worked at Kids R Kids in the infant and toddler department. During my college years, I was a student teacher/volunteer at Treadway Elementary for three years. In addition, I volunteered as a Teacher at Grand Island Baptist Church. I also had a college internship as a Children s Director at Tavares First United Methodist Church.
