About Amelia

Hello! My name is Amelia, and I'm a recent social work graduate from Cedarville University! I'm currently home in the North Canton area until I move to Columbus at the end of the summer, and am actively looking for a part-time baby sitting position. :) A little about me! I've spent the last few summers as an assistant teacher for the YMCA, an overnight camp counselor, and a church intern in MA. In my free time I love to do anything that gets me outside, or hang out with my family and friends. I am also a violinist of 16 years! I have lead groups of kids from a variety of backgrounds and received instruction on the stages of child development and trauma-informed practice. I hope to provide a safe and engaging experience, with age-appropriate activities such as crafts, baking, outdoor games, encouraging independent time, and occasional special outings.
