Hi! I've had the privilege of supporting individuals with special needs in clinic, school, and home settings, and it's truly the work I'm most passionate about. I began working in the field after high school, earned my RBT certification, and provided one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I now work as a paraprofessional, where I support students with a wide range of needs by encouraging communication, independence, social skills, and positive behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is celebrating every milestone, no matter how big or small. I believe every individual deserves patience, kindness, dignity, and respect. I'm dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to building trusting relationships with families while providing the highest quality care and helping every person reach their full potential!
