I began working with special needs children in 2014 and have a music degree with over 50 credit hours in psychology, human development, and special education. I've worked with cerebral palsy, diabetes, autism, and dementia, and enjoy helping both children and adults. I love combining my education with hands-on care, especially using music to support communication and daily living. My proudest accomplishment is starting a Music in the Mind program for dementia residents. I also bring experience in corporate marketing/design, which makes me highly organized and well-equipped to manage a household-handling errands, cooking, computer help, paperwork, and more.
