I needed last minute childcare. I talked to Amelia for two days prior to the date that I needed care. I those two days she increased her hourly rate from $25/hr to $29-$33/hr. And the day prior backed out because I would not pay for her milage to drive to my house. Also she was judgemental and insinuated that I was a poor parent for not reaching out for a call prior to her request for a call saying that this is how people's kids get kidnapped, even through care.com.
