About Amelia

Hi! My name is Mia, and I'm currently a college student studying to become a teacher. I've always loved working with kids and have experience with children of different ages through student teaching, summer camps, and other childcare settings. I would describe myself as patient, responsible, outgoing, and caring. I love finding ways to keep kids engaged, whether that means playing outside, doing crafts, helping with homework, playing games, or just hanging out and having fun! My experience in education has also taught me a lot about creating routines, handling different behaviors, and making sure kids feel comfortable and supported. I'm happy to help with things like homework, meals, bedtime routines, transportation, and light cleanup. Most importantly, I want parents to feel comfortable knowing their kids are with someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with them and will keep them safe, happy, and cared for!
