I'm passionate about helping elementary students unlock their full potential! With over six years of experience, I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments where students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I vary my teaching strategies and encourage open communication to best suit each student's individual learning style. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes are key to keeping students motivated. I believe communication is essential for understanding student needs and progress. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a COLLEGE DEGREE, and I would love to help your student succeed in math, English, science, art, special education, and study skills. I have a car and can tutor at your home. I also hold certifications in CPR and First Aid. I look forward to building a strong, supportive rapport with your child that makes learning enjoyable!
