About Amelia

I find so much joy in spending time with our older generations and helping them in the ways that they need specific to them. I grew up taking care of my grandparents and watched them age, and I am so grateful for this experience and time with them. Over time the care taking became more hands on and began to include more responsibilities as I got older. My mother has always had a career in home care services and dementia care in senior homes and I definitely got that part of her personality too as I used to volunteer and join her at work... the most fun I had were the in home experiences! As a personal trainer, I have had a lot of experience working with geriatric patients at their apartment complex and throughout my time as a physical therapy aide.
