About Amelia

Hi! I'm Amelia-a passionate and experienced caregiver with years of hands-on work with children in both day and overnight camp settings. I've supervised kids ages 5-15 during sports, swimming, crafts, and outdoor activities, and I love creating fun, safe spaces where kids can grow and explore. At Chimney Corners Camp, I lived in cabins with campers and led group activities that encouraged independence and confidence. At Oakley Country Club's day camp, I helped plan themed activities and supervised tennis, golf, and swim lessons. I also mentor elementary schoolers through Colgate's Liberty Kids program. I'm currently studying Psychology with a focus on child development and have received training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
