She was fine the first time she came over for the initial deep clean, although she charged $400 for two living rooms the entryway and the kitchen (the house is only 1700 sq ft). She came back 2 days ago (this time with another lady), and I had just had a back procedure so I was unable to get out of bed. They were here for 3 hours and when I looked at the house later that evening they I realized they had charged me $180 for wiping down the outside of the stove! No dusting, floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, or window cleaning!
